SOthink SWF Editor can make animation or edit SWF of

Flash V6, V7, V8, CS3(V9), CS4(V10), and CS5. In

of lower cost, it provides the same vector editing

capability as Adobe Flash does, such as brush,

pen. It supports adding Motion/Shape/Image Tween. The

Image Tween animation is also used to create unique

photo morph effect. Seven Flash filters let you add

visual animating effects to texts, buttons and movie

clips. Object/Pixel Snapping and Snap Alignment are

offered to align objects precisely. This Flash Maker

can also export Flash movies to SWF, EXE, GIF, AVI,

Flash Lite, which enables you to apply the Flash

anywhere you need.
