Just like the Tweet Batch App, Tweets can be scheduled for release

at a future date or time.



You can used presorted distribution lists, such as Senate, House,

Republicans, Democrats, etc. Or, you can create your own custom

Tweet allCongress uses the NY Times Congress API to gather and

build a database of Twitter IDs.
